2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the abajee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. abajee enforces an absolute 18+ age restriction without exception. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and all transaction activity reported in accordance with applicable regulations. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.
2.2 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the abajee platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonus entitlements.
2.3 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a valid email address. abajee reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any registration detail at any time.
2.4 Account Verification. abajee may require a player to complete KYC identity verification at any stage, including at the time of first withdrawal, upon reaching defined transaction thresholds, or when account activity triggers a review. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
2.5 Eligibility Restrictions. abajee reserves the right to restrict or refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion. Players who have previously been self-excluded, whose accounts have been terminated for breach of these terms, or who are employees or close associates of abajee or its technology partners are not eligible to hold player accounts.
3.1 Login Credentials. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their abajee login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. abajee will never ask a player to disclose their password via any communication channel, including Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If a player suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify abajee support immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. abajee will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation; however, abajee accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. A player's abajee account is personal to that player and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to play using your account credentials constitutes a breach of these terms.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. abajee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a secondary verification step — typically an OTP delivered to your registered Bangladesh mobile number — each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device or location. Players who disable 2FA do so at their own risk.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. abajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted subject to availability. abajee reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players are advised to consult the current payment terms displayed within their abajee account dashboard for applicable limits.
4.3 Currency. All player account balances, transactions, bonuses, and displayed amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). abajee does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Any conversion fees imposed by a player's bank or mobile financial service provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 4 business hours. abajee does not guarantee processing times and may extend review periods where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers a compliance review.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. abajee reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit unless abajee expressly approves an alternative method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts not belonging to the registered player are strictly prohibited.
4.6 Declined Transactions. abajee reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction at its reasonable discretion, including where a transaction appears inconsistent with the player's usual pattern of activity, where identity verification is pending, or where the transaction may give rise to a compliance concern.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by abajee are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the relevant offer terms.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus or promotional offer is available to each eligible player once only. abajee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel bonus credits if it reasonably determines that a player is attempting to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay risk.
5.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. While bonus funds are active in a player's account, the maximum bet per round or spin is ৳500 unless a higher limit is expressly stated in the specific offer terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.5 Expiry. All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the relevant offer terms. Unexpired bonus funds that cannot be cleared within the stated period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
5.6 VIP Programme. abajee operates a tiered VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). VIP tier eligibility, benefits, and tier maintenance criteria are governed by a separate VIP programme agreement, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. abajee reserves the right to modify VIP programme terms, tier thresholds, and rewards at any time with reasonable notice.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the abajee platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Vivo Gaming. Each game operates using independently audited random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing under camera supervision. abajee does not interfere with game outcomes.
6.2 Accepted Bets. A bet or wager is only accepted and valid once it has been confirmed on-screen and reflected in the player's account balance. Incomplete, interrupted, or unconfirmed bets will not be honoured. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a sufficient account balance before placing any bet.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game round, abajee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. abajee will not honour payouts resulting from a verifiable game malfunction.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, and kabaddi — are governed by sport-specific rules published in the abajee sportsbook. In-play (live) betting markets are settled based on verified official results. abajee reserves the right to void any market where the result cannot be independently verified or where evidence of result manipulation exists.
6.5 Palpable Errors. In the event that abajee publishes incorrect odds, incorrect lines, or erroneous game configuration due to a genuine technical or human error, abajee reserves the right to void any bets placed on the erroneous market and return staked amounts to players. This applies regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of placing the bet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abajee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities:
8.1 All content on the abajee platform — including but not limited to the abajee brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of abajee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abajee platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, or creating derivative works from any abajee content without prior written consent.
8.3 Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. abajee holds valid licences to make such content available to players but does not transfer any ownership rights to players.
9.1 abajee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, players consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Player data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of relevant promotional communications (where consent has been provided). abajee does not sell player data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
9.3 Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].
10.1 abajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. 11.1 abajee provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While abajee makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, abajee does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond abajee's reasonable control.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abajee's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the abajee platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 abajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether abajee was advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by abajee's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.1 abajee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where abajee has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these terms, abajee reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any real-money balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, forfeited balances will not be returned.
12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their abajee account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided all KYC obligations have been satisfied.
12.4 Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply following the closure of a player's account.
13.1 Initial Contact. Any player who wishes to raise a dispute or complaint regarding their abajee account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter is encouraged to contact abajee's customer support team in the first instance via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. abajee will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
13.2 Escalation. If a player is not satisfied with the initial response provided by the abajee support team, they may request that the matter be escalated to a senior member of the abajee compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and a final internal decision issued within 14 business days of escalation.
13.3 Game Dispute Evidence. In the event of a dispute relating to a game outcome, abajee will retain server-side game logs and RNG audit records for a minimum of 90 days from the date of the game round. Players may request that relevant game logs be reviewed as part of the dispute process.
13.4 Good Faith Obligation. Both abajee and the player agree to engage in the dispute resolution process in good faith, providing accurate information and relevant evidence, and refraining from any action that would prejudice a fair resolution of the dispute.
14.1 abajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, abajee will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at abajee.biz/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.
14.3 Continued use of the abajee platform following the effective date of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a player does not agree with the amended terms, they should cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to initiate voluntary account closure.
